Custom Minecraft Logos have an outline applied to them.

As a part of the changes in 1.16, you guys added an extra outline to the Minecraft logo on the title screen. However, this also applies to a custom logo added through a resource pack, giving a custom logo I have a pitch-black outline, which looks odd.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Make a custom Minecraft logo in a resource pack (a pure white box will be the fastest, although it works with anything; see below).

2) Load the resource pack.

3) Return to the title screen.

Recommended fix:

Instead of placing an outline around the logo in code, apply it directly to the texture in the version's .jar file so we can edit it or remove it.
