Non-streamlined blocks

In Minecraft, there are still non-streamlined blocks that should be streamlined by idea. These are all types of doors, lectern, hopper, farmland, anvil, enchanting table, end portal frame, daylight detector, all types of fence gate, all types of pressure plate, sugar cane(but it must breaks under water), all types of bed, chorus flower, bell, all types of banner, turtle egg, stone cutter, grindstone and cauldron.
