Exorbitant amount of spawns of Endermen, Witches and Zombies Villager

It appears that in my MC server, Players are experiencing a lot of Problems with spawning of a lot of the mobs stated before. It happens at night, in every biome and every time. No Zombies, creepers, Spiders or Skeletons spawn all night

(A little clarification, please dont get mad, the version im experiencing this problem is actually 1.15.2)
