When you 0 tick push a sticky block, connecting blocks are delayed slightly

When pushing a sticky block (slime block or honey block) with a piston or sticky piston powered by a zero-tick pulse, blocks connected to the sticky block will be delayed slightly. Because of this delay, you can visually split slime blocks and visually split honey blocks.
