When an underground Lava Pool generates below an End Portal Frame the frames change to stone

This issue can no longer be reproduced in 21w06a, using any of the provided seeds + coordinates, as this is most likely because of the underground generation changes in this snapshot. This doesn't mean that this issue doesn't still exist, however.
