Attached is a screenshot demonstrating the bug.
Witches are one of the mobs that stand in minecarts, similar to villagers.
However, in 1.16.2, witches are being positioned at the sitting height for mobs in minecarts. Not the standing height. This causes witches to visually appear cut in half by the minecart.
