minecraft doesnt launch after clicking play,just crashes straight up

basically before the game was working perfectly fine, but around 3 weeks ago one of my pc's hard drives stopped working, so my brother restarted/reinstalled windows manually (not by restart button in windows settings). after that, my minecraft after installing wouldnt launch after clicking play. i tried reinstalling minecraft itself but that didnt fix it. i tried googling up the issue, maybe someone else had it too. but i couldnt find any useful solutions. the crash message doesnt give any error codes or anything, neither a crash report. i searched for crash folder in .minecraft folder but it is not there. it has been like this for past 2 weeks, same on all versions and snapshots ive tried (1.15.2, 1.16.1, 1.16.2 and latest snapshot). i will attach screenshots and videos of what happens.
