[MC-199233] You cannot trample crops with a block above you

i misplaced a farmland block with my Hoe and I tried trampling it and it would not break

This could possibly be because The chance of farmland becoming dirt when is lowered or increased depending on the speed of the fall and how long it takes

Due to it taking a short time at the high speed this bug is the resault

If it worked in earlier versions then this is valid and probably broke somewhere along the development cycle. Don't compare Java to Console they are 2 different codes that is why they have separate issues
