In the structure
minecraft:village/taiga/town_centers/taiga_meeting_point_2, some grass blocks generate below path blocks. These will eventually turn into dirt blocks through random ticks, so there is no reason for them to generate at all.

Can confirm in 21w16a. You can use the following command to make reproducing this much easier:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ structure_block{mode:"LOAD", name:"minecraft:village/taiga/town_centers/taiga_meeting_point_2"}Can confirm in 1.19. This issue can now be more easily reproduced by using the "/place" command.
