[MC-199259] Drowned with trident continues to throw trident at you for a random amount of time after switching to creative/spectator mode

What I expected to happen was...:

The drowned would stop throwing the trident at my player

What actually happened was...:
The drowned continued to throw the trident at my player in spectator/creative mode for a few seconds on average

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a trident-wielding drowned throw tridents at you in survival/adventure mode
2. Switch to spectator/creative mode
