Dropping items sometimes doesn't render them

So I dropped an item. It rendered.
A few drops later it turns out the item drops s o m e t i m e s don't render.

So basically sometimes dropped items don't render, although they can be interacted with.

There is no special movement that triggers this occasion.

I hope it gets fixed, as it can get really confusing at times.
