[MC-199379] Boots on armor stands don't render enchantment glint at certain angles

when you look at some enchanted boots on an armor stand they don't render properly, i'm not sure if this is just netherite boots or its for all of the other boots.

Resolving as 'Cannot Reproduce' for now. A fix version can be added afterwards in case someone finds out the exact version where this got fixed.
