[MC-199410] Clerics use lecterns as their work stations

For some reason, when I try to give a librarian profession to an unemployed villager, the cleric decides to take the work station instead.

How to reproduce:

Get a cleric that doesn't have a work station (trade before removing the work station to keep its profession)
Infect the villager
Cure the villager
Put a lectern by the villager as it will use it
