Floating Grass over water pools in plains

If you walk through a plains biom (I am not sure if its the case in savannah too) and see water pools, you often can see floating grass over this little lakes.

Edit: Also the case in older Versions. I havent been playing Minecraft before 1.15.2 but there I noticed that too.
