[MC-199456] Floating Rails in Mineshafts

Sometimes you can see floating rails in mineshafts. Often when a Mineshaft crosses a cave. If you update the rails the break.

If I see floating rails I will send a f3 screenshot. But I have only seen it once, so its possiblen that nothing is uploaded.
