I can't use the java version because as soon as I start the game the fans go very fast and the game with even the lowest settings runs at maximum 4 fps, the processor is a ryzen 2200u, two video cards, the first vega 3 mobile and the second is a radeon 530.
The weird thing is that minecraft bedrock runs at around 60 fps.
My old pc had much lower specs and ran at minimum 20 fps.
Please help me, thank you very much!
PS. the drivers are up to date.

I found a new version of the most updated driver, I opened minecraft and the fps are less than 30 and in any case the cpu and the gpu are working at a resolution lower than hd 1366x705, but the fps range from 2 up to a maximum of about 27.
My old computer had at least 17 to 40 fps in newly created worlds like this.
How can I solve?
PS. java is the one included in the launcher, I don't have java on my computer!

however I gave 4g of ram in version 1.16.2 release in the java code string (from the launcher) but pressing f3 results in only 2048 mb (2gb)
You say in your description that you have a Radeon 530 - however, at the moment, the integrated GPU of your CPU is used instead, so you will have to first of all make sure that it uses the dedicated GPU instead. AMD has made this significantly harder, so good luck.
With the specs you are using right now, your video settings are set too high - I instead recommend "Fast" and a render distance of 7 or 8 max.

i set the dedicated gpu (radeon 530) but the fps are those, maybe even worse, is there a need to optimize the game for my gpu? the old one was much less performing than this one but on minecraft I'm having this problem
