[MC-199681] no versions available

i bought my mc yesterday, there are no versions for me to pick, even on "create new installation" you cant click the drop down menu for versions, i tried reinstalling it many times but the result are the same, i even formatted my pc just so i can play, but still, the results are the same, i already verified my acc and answered my security questions, i really need help asap

Please follow every instruction at the note copied from that ticket to what you see below. If this does not help you solve the issue, just keep an eye on that report.

This issue may be being caused due to faulty cloudfront servers. It's possible that this issue can be resolved by switching DNS servers. If you need help doing this please visit Community Support
