Water goes through glass panes at corners

when making an underwater house with glass panes, water glitches through the panes and cant be fixed unless the glass is replaces with a block like wood. I have tried to fix it by making an outer shell before completing the glass area, yet it still doesn't work and the water comes through. It also happens when water is placed right on the panes.
