i play minecraft but there is black screen issue so i deleted minecraft and all its files and after installing that but after that my miinecraft is running on 1 to 2 frames even on very low settings it uses my dedicated gpu not my integrated gpu

I used to Play minecraft in my laptop and it runs very smooth but after some there is a problem in minecraft launcher it shows black screen and for that i deleted minecraft and all its file and after that i installed that again and there is no fps there is 1 or 2 fps i fixed the black screen errror from youtube but there is the same 1 0r 2 frames and the games are also running in high performence mode and using my dedicated rx560x gpu                                   my minecraft runs like this before                                                       https://youtu.be/GwAOhAUJEas
