@unknown please do not make comments on tickets that imply that some action has been taken. This includes comments like "this post is closed as invalid" or "this post has been closed as resolved". The moderators will add that information when action is actually taken on a ticket. If you want to request that a ticket be resolved or reopened, the best way to do that is to join the Mojira Discord. If you want to ask the original poster for more information, please be specific as to what is needed.
They are not, we only support reports that are not using mods (which includes Optifine) and using the latest version/snapshot. Also for future reference, please ask questions like these on our subreddit or Discord server instead of on the tracker itself.
