Spiders can climb the world border

I saw a spider climbing the world border. So I spawned more, and then they climbed the border

How to recreate it: Make world border small (/worldborder center ~ ~, then /worldborder set 100), Then spawn a bunch of spiders.(At world border) Then after a few seconds they should start climbing the world border.
