[MC-200238] Mob Armor Disappearing

Zombie wearing armor, nametagged in a minecart running on powered rails kept dying, after some testing, I noticed it was because the armor was disappearing and then burning in the daytime.
I then recreated it in a new world and was able to clip a video of it happening.

Helmets worn by mobs that burn in daylight lose durability while preventing the mob from burning, so eventually, the helmet breaks, making the mob vulnerable to sunlight.
