[MC-200259] My Launcher won't register 1.16.3 update

For some reason my launcher cannot find the 1.16.3 update, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft and updating my Java but it still doesn't register the update and I need to be able to use 1.16.3 to play on my favourite servers.
