The problem shown in MC-179839 is still happening! However, MC-179839 was CLOSED by a bot without resolving the problem! Not all of us can edit the code of Minecraft!
Please attach a screenshot of this occurring with your F3 debug enabled.
Also, taking a look at the screenshots you've attached, they're very small and I cannot even see the issue occurring because the quality is too low. If you can attach a higher resolution screenshot with the F3 debug screen, that would be much appreciated!

(also, one more thing: @unknown is a bot sent by the developers to close the ticket. It was not closed completely automatically. The developer had to issue the bot to perform the action.)
