One day i could eat anything the next couldnt eat cod or mutton and its constantly kicking me out of the game. Also items show up like codes not actuall names

I am on the 1.16.100.56 beta and now its crashing as soon as i enter the game, im a level 46 with all sorts of ore and inventory i dont want to lose is there a patch or update available. Also playing on xbox1
