Ever since updating my world to 1.16.2, the Nether has been so remarkably laggy. This bug makes all entities move 2 times slower and drastically decreases FPS. This issue affects all my 1.16.2/1.16.3 worlds, even worlds made in 1.16.3. I am certain this is not caused by my computer, because it affects any computer I log into. Please fix this issue because it makes doing anything in the Nether difficult and somewhat irritating. This issue ONLY affects the Nether, the End and Overworld are completely fine.

Your game, launcher and/or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket - this is a bug tracker for the game, and not a support website.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang Studios or the Bugtracker.
Any plugin or resource pack issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run extensively modified server software.
