[MC-200622] Bad village generation

So when I was traveling to the edge of Minecraft, I stumbled upon many villages, but some of theses villages had weird generation. The houses were 1 block off the ground and chunks of the grass was missing.

However, we are already tracking this issue, and this report is a Duplicate of MC-191516, which has been marked as Won't Fix - while this behaviour is not desirable, the developers have said that they will not or cannot fix it.

Please use the search function in the future to prevent duplicate reports.
