[MC-200674] Piglins take a while to notice Soul Campfires

A bit odd but when a Piglin is right next to a Soul Campfire that gets ignited by something. The Piglin takes a minute to run away.

Optifine is a modification to your client. If you can reproduce this in pure vanilla then please provide a new screenshot with your debug screen enabled (F3)
