Minecraft Enchantment Glints Bugged

I'm not completely certain on this glitch, but when I switched my version to 1.14.4 and 1.15.2, the glitch to the glint didn't show up. If you look at the gif that I attached, you'll see that when I move around, the bow textures are all.. I don't even know how to explain it. A non enchanted bow will not glitch like this. I'm using Optifine, but even without Optifine the bow was glitching.

Please provide the same footage but with the F3 debug screen enabled.

How is the bug "resolved" The issue is still present in 1.16.x

I have tried 1.16.x Unmoddified versions. This is not invalid. I have tried on multiple computers.

Are you using any resource pack? If you are the maker of the pack may change the enchantment glint file.
