[MC-201267] Can't enter end portal

I located a stronghold in my minecraft realm and activated the End portal, however when I try to jump through, nothing happens. i fall through and into the pool of lava underneath the portal. i put the realm into creative and made a new portal and activated it. it had the void looking portal appear but it still does nothing when i try to jump through.

maybe the portal is obstructed and the portal is on the other side of the portal frame

no worries! all suggestions could potentially help. is there a way I can fix the DIM1 if it is? or to at least figure out if its corrupted in the first place

idk how, because each world has a different seed and in that seed there is an embed code which i can't figure out because it's all symbols

the world was made in 1.16.2 and there was a datapack which adds a sky island dimension but that had been removed some time back before we actually did anything with it. just for quick clarification the nether works fine. its only the end that is being a pain

This is a duplicate of MC-197860 - removing a data pack with custom dimensions also deletes the Nether and End at the moment.
