spectator mode

useing 1.16.3 hd optifine im not going to write out that entire version name but when i go into spectator mode all is fine right? wrong only in spectator mode when not going at the 9 slowest speeds it is extremly laggy again its also in the normal 1.16.3 version not just optifine but plz fix this or i will suffer in spectator mode oh and just because i fell like i need to mention this when i go into blocks it laggs unless im going at the 2 slowest speeds and if im not going at those two speeds inside of blocks its even more laggy than not in blocks
