[MC-201460] Minecraft suspended

my stupid minecraft keeps getting suspended as soon as i join a singleplayer world or a minecraft server. this is probably on my end but is there a way to fix this (i only put 1.16.3 cuz thats all that is there this actually applys to every single version)

You are using an extremely outdated version of the game. Please update to 1.16.3, and open a new report if it still occurs.

if i do then it just sais its not responding (i have a good pc) and it never loads at all this only started happening 2 weeks ago and before that minecraft worked perfectly fine
