If you rename an item, for exemple a cobblestone, let's say "ROCK" there is no way in survival to rename back the piece of cobblestone back to "Cobblestone" .
Then having rename item is a nightmare because they don't stack anymore with the other same item type and there is no way to remove the name in survival in 1.16.3
