[MC-201719] ravagers despawning on server

im on a server and no matter how many times i try i cant keep a ravager from despawning. ive named them all yet they just keep despawning. i have the same problem with bees too. ive tried it with other mobs and they dont despawn

The current game version is 1.16.3, 1.16.2 is no longer supported. Please check if this also occurs on that version.
