So this has been happening for about 2 weeks, i installed + bought java mc on windows and when i joined into hypixel everyone was a alex or steve. even the NPCs are defaults.i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling mc, restarting my pc, updating my pc, and everything. nothing is working, if you have a fix then please tell me.
