I logged into Minecraft on my world and could see mobs through walls and could see my bases chests from my mine I have experienced this before but just brushed it off.

Hello, I am a support member for OptiFine, this is a issue with OptiFine (Found here) and most likely to fix this, just turn off Fast Render, go into options Video Settings then go to Performance. Hopefully this fixed it for you

Your game is modified with Optifine. Optifine is a very heavy game modification, and using it will automatically invalidate reports on the bug tracker.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla game environment, please create a new ticket - this is a bug tracker for the game, and not a support website.
