grass blocks bugging

I just downloaded Minecraft, and as soon as I create the first world, I see grass blocks acting weird. It's like I can see the lines of the block, and as I get closer to the glitched blocks, the lines disappear. Blocks still break and behave like normal, bot the visual effect is quite weird and uncomfortable.
