[MC-201980] bug with redstone block and sticky piston and not sticky (1.5.1 and 1.16.3)

1.put the sticky or non-sticky piston
2.put the redstone block on the piston
3.activate the piston with a lever or torch or button or pressure plate
4.Deactivate the piston with the lever the torch the button or the pressure plate
(x)and the piston will not be disabled
