ok so my mouse wheel doesnt seem to work in minecraft but it works on chrome i can scroll up and down the page on chrome but when i do that in minecraft my hotbar doesnt change.
this seems to happen in 1.16 the affected version wouldnt let me select 1.16

The current version is 1.16.3, 1.16 is no longer supported and should not be used.
Please open a new report if you can reproduce it on 1.16.3.
