my anvil almost always lost when i enchanting my equipment ,i've restarted my minecraft and done something similar,but it still missing

Please provide a screenshot or a video with your F3 debug enabled, also as Matthew Julian jusup mentioned, you've probably used the anvil too much
it probably broke
