[MC-202291] Stripping logs with axe takes priority over offhand items

Stripping logs by right clicking with the axe takes total priority over the offhand.

This makes it impossible to place torches or build on these blocks using the offhand while holding an axe.

Due to it's low importance I strongly recommend this function be made only possible if there is nothing in the offhand that can also be used via right clicking.

Ah, my apologies. It appears a datapack was actually doing this instead.

I would like it to be noted however this issue does still persist for logs, which can cause problems when building.

But that's not a bug - the main hand action will always have priority over the off-hand action. I understand this can be frustrating (believe me, I accidentally strip logs all the bloody time), but it's not a bug.

I am suspicious that this interaction was actually overlooked, but if it is indeed completely intentional then is it in any way possible to have this changed? It causes far more problems than it should.
