[MC-202348] I can't make stone tools out of stone

I can make stone tools out of cobblestone or Blackstone but not normal stone and I took the pictures at the same time

Did you enable limited crafting when creating a world, and does picking up a piece of coal unlock the recipes?

I don't know if I did that but I could craft it out of cobblestone and the Blackstone and then not stone and it happens every time I play even if I play on different server

Stone cannot be used to craft pickaxes, it has to be cobblestone or blackstone.
