Soul sand bubble columns don't show up and don't work when sourrounded by walls

you need full water source blocks, not flowing water blocks

To fix this you just need to put kelp across the whole column and break it

That didn't work

Is the water column free of waterlogged blocks?

Also provide a screenshot of this occurring with the F3 debug screen enabled.
