the game works, the phone is new, i downloaded the game an hour after buying the phone and it immediately creates the problem for me. I tried to check files and data, save games and even the phone but everything is fine, consequently the problem concerns the game

You are on the wrong project, this is the Java project. If Multiplayer Game is turned on in world settings see MCPE-55815
