The title says it all, but upon testing some things within creative mode (hitting a swarm of bees and seeing if splash potions of speed/slowness affected how fast they could chase me), it does not seem that the flight speed of bees is affected by such potions. I assume this bug comes from flight being coded differently than walking, seeing as the bees will still have the swirl graphic to denote that they are under the potion's effects.
