[MC-202657] When using my resource pack the title image doesn't appear

I made my resource pack but the title image doesn't come when I use it. It is a plain blue color.

I did not change it.

When I checked the title screen picture it was blue.

in the Hello!\assets\minecraft\textures\gui\title\background, all the files are 1x1 pixles

Ok. But does that change anything in the game or the resource packs?

But when I open the file and check it, It shows the blue color. Should i copy the default picture and paste it here?
