[MC-202982] /clone Fails While Inside Block

Met with "that position not loaded" while trying to clone a small dirt mound to a position directly above my head.

Command seems to work normally unless you are inside one of the blocks of its reference area.

Can't reproduce in the current version either. Try looking around before executing the command, see if that works. Also, ~5 ~ ~ will place the cloned blocks towards positive X, not above you.
