[MC-203156] Connecting a bluetooth headset after the game has already been launched causes no sound to be output

In minecraft java edition if you connect a bluetooth audio device after the game has already been launched the result is that no audio is output to the device resulting in the need to close the game and re launch it

Environment

Windows 10 2004 and Windows 10 20H2 64 bit edition.
Java 8
