Water gives block particles when placed down

When you place down some water out of a bucket of water it goes normaly, but when you place another bucket of water on that same spot or right next to the spot where you placed down the first water, it gives some blue particles like you would brake a block. Also, it gives the same sound as placing-destroying stone blocks.
