Huge fungi is missing in Crimson and Warped Forests

Naturally generating huge fungi in Crimson and Warped Forest biomes in the Nether do not generate.

How to reproduce:

• Go to the Nether, through a Nether portal, the /tp command, or some other means.

• Locate a Crimson Forest or Warped Forest biome.

What I expected to happen:

I expected there to be naturally generating huge fungi, as in previous versions.

What actually happens:
There are no huge fungi naturally generating.

How I tested it:
I opened up the same world (using the seed "North Carolina") and went to the coordinates -162.79 77.64 -19.51 148.31 10.01 (Crimson Forest) and -96.64 82.51 39.50 326.67 13.84 (Warped Forest) in 1.16.3 and 20w45a. The fungi were there in 1.16.3, but not 20w45a. I got someone else to test this as well, and the bug persisted for them.
